Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day.
PROTEIN EGG
Ingredients: Eggs, wheat bagels, Greek yogurt, spinach, garlic, parm cheese, salt, pepper.
-Heat pan high, add 2 eggs (keep yoke unbroken or scramble).
-Season with a dash of pepper.
-On other side of pan add chopped spinach and minced garlic.
-Remove spinach and garlic from pan after 1-min to final plate.
-Heat bagels in toaster.
-Spoon Greek yogurt onto final plate.
-Place bagels onto plate, add egg on top.
-Sprinkle egg with parm cheese and Kosher Salt.
