Breakfast Potatoes
Tators with hopefully that little bit of crunch.
Time: 1hr
Makes: 3 servings
Ingredients:
3 med/large Russet or Yukon potatoes
2 TBSP choice of cooking oil
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Paprika
Salt/Pepper to taste
1 Bay Leaf
(Optional: small yellow onion)

Step1: Potato, Potat-to
Rinse potatoes (leave skin on), cut into 1/2" cubes. Place into pot of cold water and turn on high to boil. Once starts to boil, continue for 5min, then drain.
Via: Pot for boiling, large frying pan.
Step3: Flavor it!
Add the seasoning and stir again, cooking for another 3 to 5min, or until done. Dash of salt and pepper to taste and serve!
Step2: Bring Together.
Heat the oil in the pan on med/hi heat. Once hot, add potatoes into a single layer. Leave alone for 6min (will become mush of stir). Then stir just enough to mostly turn potatoes. (Add optional diced onion at this point too). Cook an additional 6min.
