Drop Biscuits
Easy Peasy Biscuits
Time: 15min
Ingredients:
2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 TBSP Baking Powder
1 TBSP Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 cup butter (melted)
1 cup milk
(Optional: 1 cup+ of cheddar cheese for cheddar biscuits version!)
Step 1: Preheat!
Preheat oven to 450-degF.
Makes: 6-8 biscuits depending on size
Step 2: Mix!
Mix the Flour, Baking Powder and Salt. Then add the melted butter and Milk. (Optional: add the shredded cheddar cheese for cheddar biscuits). Stir just enough to combine.
Pairs with: dinner!
Step 3: Bake
Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray. Place heaping spoonfuls 2 inches apart. Bake for 10 to 11min (top just turning golden brown). Serve warm. Enjoy!
