1/8 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp Oregano

Via: Charcoal grill
Step2: Patty-Cake
Press into burger patties. Makes 6 burgers. Don't press hard, just enough to hold shape.
This assumes charcoal grill, adjust as necessary for other cooking methods.
Step3: Grill
Place onto a preheated grill (see tips below), on the 'cold' side of grill. Lid on and cook for 15-20min. Then flip over with lid closed once more. Cook for additional 10-20min (until about done with food thermometer). Add cheese on top for the last 3 to 5min of cook time. Enjoy!
General charcoal grill steps (adjust to your liking). If not using lighter fluid then: set cardboard and some paper towels mixed in to easily catch fire. Place metal grate on top and stack charcoal in a 5x5 pyramid shape. Light the paper/cardboard. Let set 15min. Charcoal should then be turning white. Spread charcoal out against one side of grill (caution: will be hot!! Oven mitt holding utensil works great). If you want to cook quicker you can just spread out across charcoal region instead of to side. Place grilling grate over charcoal after spreading out. Cover with lid and let heat up for 5min. Place burgers on grill and follow steps above for rest!
