This site is about a FOOD! Recipes, food photography and stories for starters. My aim is to make it fun and as well as informational.
I travel a lot for my job, so I have to eat at restaurants a lot. As we all know, it can be quite expensive and quite often, I eat the food and know that I can make it more flavorful and for a lot less money. See my section of Recipe makeovers.
Food plays a large part in our families, friendships and culture. It's my hope that we can all get healthy together but while still being able to enjoy the foods we love, with modifications of course.
